Straive in Newark, NJ, seeks an experienced Eagle Accounting & Performance Support Analyst to provide application and operational support for the EagleSTAR and EaglePACE platforms. This is a hybrid role requiring three days in the office each week.

You will maintain portfolio accounting accuracy, performance measurement, security master data, pricing, and related investment operations. Collaborate with Operations, Performance, Portfolio Management, Compliance and Technology to troubleshoot

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of experience with Eagle STAR and Eagle PACE platforms
• Strong understanding of investment accounting and performance measurement concepts
• Experience with portfolio accounting, security master data, corporate actions, pricing, and reconciliation processes

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day production support for Eagle STAR and Eagle PACE.
• Monitor and resolve accounting, performance, pricing, and data quality exceptions.
• Support portfolio accounting, performance measurement, attribution, and reconciliation efforts.
• Investigate and resolve reconciliation breaks involving positions, cash, and performance results.
• Partner with Operations, Performance, Portfolio Management, Compliance, and Technology teams to troubleshoot issues and implement solutions.
• Perform data analysis and root cause investigations using SQL and Eagle tools.
• Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end processing activities.
• Coordinate with BNY Eagle support on vendor issues, upgrades, and enhancements.
• Maintain operational procedures, support documentation, and knowledge-sharing materials.
