Job summary

Jencap seeks a Compliance Manager to lead the development and maintenance of compliance programs supporting our wholesale brokerage and E&S operations. You will serve as the regulatory expert on insurance requirements, licensing, and market conduct, partnering with leadership to mitigate risk.

The role operates on a hybrid schedule from our Atlanta, GA office and involves collaboration across legal, underwriting, HR, and operations to enable compliant growth in multiple jurisdictions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 5+ years in insurance compliance, regulatory, licensing or brokerage roles.
• Direct experience with wholesale insurance brokerage and E&S markets.
• Strong knowledge of state insurance regulations and surplus lines compliance.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and interpret state insurance regulations affecting wholesale brokerage and E&S operations.
• Develop and maintain corporate compliance policies, procedures, and controls.
• Provide regulatory guidance to producers, brokers, underwriters, and staff.
• Oversee agency, broker, and producer licensing across jurisdictions.
• Track regulatory developments and provide risk assessments to leadership.
