This role requires establishing strong relationships within the E&S market and requires 2-5 years of production underwriting experience. Arch provides a comprehensive benefits package and a salary range of $85,000 - $130,000 annually.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 to 5 years of P&C production underwriting experience.
• Existing relationships in the wholesale E&S or retail primary marketplace.

Responsibilities

• Underwrite technical risks across diverse industries.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with wholesale brokers and policyholders.
• Represent Arch in the regional marketplace by participating in industry events.
• Operate independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
• Travel regularly to broker locations to strengthen producer relationships.
