Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 to 5 years of P&C production underwriting experience.
• Existing relationships in the wholesale E&S or retail primary marketplace.

Responsibilities

• Underwrite technical risks across diverse industries.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with brokers and policyholders.
• Represent Arch in the regional marketplace.
• Operate independently in a collaborative team environment.
• Travel regularly to strengthen producer relationships.
