Qualifications

• 5+ years of drywall estimating and/or project management.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specs.
• Proficiency with estimating and PM software and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Review drawings, specs, and bid documents.
• Prepare detailed quantity takeoffs and cost estimates.
• Solicit vendor pricing and analyze bids.
• Develop and manage project schedules and budgets.
• Coordinate with field teams and manage change orders.
• Ensure safety, quality, and contract compliance.
• Close out projects with punch lists and final billing.
