UCB Inc. is seeking a Drug Safety & Benefit-Risk Scientist to join our Patient Safety team in the US. You will evaluate safety and benefit-risk profiles across development and post‑approval activities, and help maintain high-quality, inspection-ready documentation.

You will interpret complex data, communicate clear conclusions, and may lead complex assessments while mentoring colleagues. This hybrid role supports global pharmacovigilance practices near Atlanta.

Qualifications

• Master's, PhD, or PharmD in a relevant discipline.
• 1+ years of experience in drug safety or pharmacovigilance.
• 1+ years of experience interpreting complex clinical, safety and scientific data.
• Strong scientific writing and safety documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate safety and benefit-risk data for development and marketed products.
• Prepare safety assessments and benefit-risk documentation for regulatory submissions.
• Interpret clinical and safety data for cross-functional decision-making.
• Support signal evaluation, risk management and safety monitoring strategies.
• Maintain inspection-ready documentation and strengthen safety processes.
• Lead complex assessments and mentor colleagues, depending on experience.
