UCB is seeking a strategic Benefit-Risk Lead for the Patient Benefit-Risk and Medical Safety team. The role may be based in Raleigh, NC or Atlanta, GA, with hybrid work arrangements and a focus on patient outcomes.

You will lead end-to-end benefit-risk assessment planning, identify safety risks, and shape risk management strategies across development programs, collaborating across clinical, medical, quality, and regulatory functions. Strong writing and regulatory experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant scientific or healthcare discipline.
• Clear written, verbal, presentation and stakeholder communication skills.
• Experience contributing to regulatory submissions and product life cycle management.
• Experience with pharmacovigilance and clinical practice requirements.
• Ability to lead decisions in complex, dynamic environments.

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end benefit-risk assessment planning for assigned assets and candidates.
• Analyze evidence to identify, assess, and communicate emerging safety risks.
• Integrate new clinical, post-marketing, quality, patient, and real-world evidence.
• Shape safety monitoring and risk management strategies across development programs.
• Author and approve documents supporting global regulatory submissions.
• Coordinate cross-functional delivery with regulatory, process and quality compliance.
