Propeller is seeking a Technical Support Specialist to join our Global Support Team in a hybrid Denver office. You will provide fast, practical remote support for hardware and cloud software, helping customers map, measure, and manage their worksites using Propeller’s technology.

This entry-level role emphasizes problem solving for technically-minded individuals, with training provided to bridge hardware and software know-how.

Qualifications

• Experience in remote troubleshooting of hardware or software issues.
• Customer-facing technical role experience preferred.
• Comfortable working remotely with high productivity.
• Ability to clearly explain steps to non-technical users.
• 0–2 years in a highly-technical customer-facing role.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality remote support for technical issues from inbound cases.
• Build proficiency in drone survey methods and GCPs.
• Assist customers with navigating the Propeller platform and data workflows.
• Collaborate with Customer Success Managers and senior engineers to understand the lifecycle.
• Document solutions and common customer questions for the knowledge base.
