Qualifications

• Requires an Associate’s degree in business or a secretarial field with 3–5 years of progressively responsible related work experience.
• GED/High School diploma and 5–7 years of progressively responsible related work experience to prepare confidential reports and materials.

Responsibilities

• Proactively organize and implement administrative support for Game On Cancer donor activities.
• Coordinate meetings, including scheduling, timekeeping, minutes, and action items distribution.
• Coordinate logistics for meetings, including meals and on/off-campus events.
• Assist with donor proposal preparation and donor reports.
• Proofread team- and department-related materials.
• Coordinate with Donor Relations to track stewardship activities (thank-you letters, gifts).
• Input sensitive donor information and proposals in Raiser's Edge and track expenses.
• Collaborate with the Manager and Cancer Administration.
