Job summary

Anglicotech, LLC in the Seattle area seeks a Financial Analyst II/III (mid) to deliver expert DoD financial management knowledge and actionable recommendations. The role supports Navy-wide inventory and audit initiatives, cross-functional collaboration, and process improvements in a hybrid setting out of Whidbey Island, WA.

The successful candidate will have DoD experience, GAAP expertise, and certifications such as CPA/CISA/CIA/CGFM/CDFM.

Qualifications

• Three (3) years of progressive, relevant DoD experience for Level II
• Six (6) years of experience leading financial management services and related projects for Level III
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or business management-related field from an accredited institution
• CPA, CISA, CIA, CGFM or CDFM certification required

Responsibilities

• Support Fleet implementation, execution, and sustainment of the OM&S Ordnance MRC program and audit campaign plan.
• Support for existence and completeness baseline efforts
• Provide training and operational control support, assist with inputting results into the MOP dashboard, and conduct root cause/trend analysis over testing exceptions.
• Maintain communication with Fleet and Naval Munitions Center headquarters to monitor progress and consistency across locations.
• Provide site visit support for maintaining site visit schedules, pre-visit preparations, physical inventory control training, auditor response, and remediation of real-time issues during site visits.
• Lead quarterly touchpoints with NCR Management Review Control team for strategic alignment and delivery consistency
