You own each ticket from start to finish, working in a high-volume, KPI-driven environment with clear SLA clocks. Responsibilities include chasing ETAs, supplier outreach, issue resolution, and accurate CRM logging.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in dispatch, logistics coordination, or high-volume phone work.
• Confident phone presence to command supplier responses.
• Organized against the clock with SLA awareness.
• Ownership mindset: no handoffs, no dropped threads.

Responsibilities

• Chase ETAs on same-day and next-day deliveries.
• Handle supplier outreach and follow-up across the known catalog.
• Work standard product issues to resolution.
• Manage supplier-side cancellations and date-change rescheduling.
• Confirm supplier side of swap and removal orders.
• Direct Magic Hire task work and monitor output quality.
• Keep flawless CRM logging on every action, every ticket.
