The role requires 3+ years in shipping/logistics, attention to detail, and strong MS Office skills. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred; the position offers hybrid work and competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in a related field.
• 3+ years in shipping/logistics or supply chain management.
• Container drayage/port experience is a plus.
• Experience using transportation management systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support for inbound/outbound calls, emails, chats.
• Process orders and shipping documents; respond to service requests.
• Coordinate with transportation providers for timely shipment movement.
• Track shipments and resolve issues; monitor status and updates.
• Prepare bills and invoices; process vendor invoices.
• Review purchase orders and shipping documents for accuracy.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners as needed.
