Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; licenses/certifications as applicable to the line of business.
• Six (6) years of claims experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Two (2) years of claims supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervises multiple teams of examiners and/or several technical operations colleagues for a wide span of control; may delegate duties.
• Identifies trends and issues and recommends actions; informs management of new procedures.
• Provides technical/jurisdictional direction to examiner reports on claims adjudication.
• Reviews management reports and takes action; conducts quality review on claims.
