Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Professional certification relevant to the line of business is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervises multiple teams of examiners and technical operations colleagues, delegating duties and ensuring licensing and documentation.
• Provides technical guidance on claims adjudication and conducts quality reviews and reserve evaluations.
• Acts as second-level appeal authority for client and claimant issues and implements final decisions.
• Identifies trends and opportunities for process improvements and coordinates related projects.
• Monitors sensitive and litigated claims and maintains professional client relationships with written summaries.
