Job summary

AssetMark seeks a Director of Wealth & Planning Solutions to lead a strategic roadmap for wealth products, partnering with senior leadership to drive value for 12,000+ financial advisor clients.

The role collaborates across Distribution, Marketing, Technology, Legal and Finance to expand SBLOC, Charitable and Self Directed Brokerage offerings. Hybrid work near Charlotte or Concord is possible.

Qualifications

• Extensive and direct experience in product strategy and wealth management solutions such as cash, lending or retirement.
• Understanding of Broker-Dealer and Registered Investment Advisor (RIA) landscapes.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the vision for AssetMark’s wealth and planning solutions.
• Communicate product strategy, OKRs and KPIs to leadership.
• Develop executive presentations and lead strategic discussions.
• Coordinate across Distribution, Marketing, Technology, Legal and Finance.
• Develop pipeline plans to explore new ideas and enable decisions.
• Support sales by championing solution sets across channels.
