Job summary

Noctrix Health in Pleasanton, CA, seeks a Director, Supply Chain & Operations to lead and scale its end-to-end supply chain for a Class II medical device. You will own planning, supplier/CM relationships, inventory, logistics, and readiness to support growth.

Reporting to SVP, Product, this role combines strategic and hands-on leadership, developing the team while solving operational challenges and ensuring product availability.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in supply chain, manufacturing operations, logistics, or related operational leadership roles
• Demonstrated success managing global or international supply chain partners
• Hands-on operating experience in high-growth environments with scalable processes
• Experience establishing logistics, distribution, warehousing, and inventory-management networks
• Strong supplier-management and negotiation experience, including contracts and risk mitigation
• Experience developing demand, supply, inventory, capacity, and production plans
• Experience supporting NPI, design transfer, and sustaining activities from development to production
• High-level ability to balance product availability with budget and working-capital objectives
• Ability to travel approximately 25%–30%, including internationally

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end supply chain and operations execution for a Class II medical device business, ensuring capacity, quality, service, cost, and supply continuity.
• Lead and continuously improve supply planning, production planning, inventory management, logistics, warehousing, fulfillment, and reverse-logistics operations.
• Serve as the primary operational leader for key suppliers, contract manufacturers, logistics providers, and other external partners.
• Establish operating plans, supplier scorecards, KPIs, business-review processes, and executive-level relationships with critical partners.
• Translate forecasts into actionable supply, inventory, capacity, and production plans.
• Identify constraints early and drive cross-functional actions to protect product availability and customer service.
• Lead and develop the supply chain and operations team while remaining hands-on in planning and execution.
• Build and continuously improve a scalable logistics and distribution model including inbound freight, warehousing, fulfillment, and reverse logistics.
