Office of the Colorado Child Protection Ombudsman seeks a Director of Client Services to lead the department handling client concerns, reviews, and systemic improvements. You will supervise two lead analysts, develop staff, and ensure timely, impartial service delivery in a complex, sensitive field.

You will report to the Chief Executive Officer and advance organizational priorities while preserving confidentiality and equitable access. Hybrid work from Denver enables statewide impact.

Qualificações

• Undergraduate degree in human services, public administration, or closely related field with at least seven years in child welfare, child protection, juvenile justice, behavioral health, or related child-serving system.
• At least five years in complex case management, oversight, or review of cases involving children, youth, and families.
• At least four years of progressively responsible management experience including supervision of professional staff.
• Experience managing a program/department with staffing, workload, performance, policies, and service delivery.
• Deep knowledge of Colorado’s child protection system and its interfaces with human services, behavioral health, juvenile justice, and courts.
• Experience evaluating practices or operations to drive improvements and inform strategy.
• Ability to collaborate across agencies and communicate complex information to diverse audiences.
