Job summary

Parker Institute for Cancer Immunotherapy (PICI) in San Francisco seeks a Director, Fundraising Strategic Initiatives to advance its fundraising program. The role partners with the Chief Organizational Advancement Officer, coordinating strategies, donors, data, and moves management, with a strong focus on Salesforce as a strategic tool.

Qualifications

• 7–10+ years of progressive fundraising or related operations experience.
• Experience supporting a senior executive in a strategic capacity.
• Strong understanding of fundraising pipelines, moves management, and donor data.
• Excellent organizational, written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote or hybrid environment.

Responsibilities

• Translate fundraising priorities into clear work plans, timelines, and outcomes.
• Develop dashboards and reporting to monitor revenue, pipeline, and activity goals.
• Lead Salesforce usage, data integrity, and reporting for leadership.
• Coordinate cross-functional projects across Advancement, Finance, Marketing, and Leadership.
• Prepare materials and briefings for donor meetings and leadership discussions.
