Job summary

The Trust for Public Land is seeking a Director of Enterprise Applications to guide the evolution of our enterprise systems, focusing on data strategy, analytics, and automation. You will oversee CRM, data warehouse, project management systems, and integrations to enable better decision-making.

Lead a cross-functional team, partner with Finance, Operations, and Philanthropy, drive cloud-first architecture, API integration, and data governance across platforms, and advance BI reporting to deliver

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Science, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of enterprise applications management and system integrations.
• Deep experience with enterprise CRM, data warehouse, integration, analytics, and automation platforms.
• Direct experience with Salesforce, Snowflake and Boomi preferred.
• Understanding of GDPR/compliance standards for data.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise applications strategy across CRM, PPM, and Data Warehouse.
• Oversee architecture and integration of core enterprise applications.
• Manage vendor relationships, licensing, and SLAs with external software providers.
• Partner with executive leadership to identify system improvements and data opportunities.
