Job summary

VML in the United States is seeking a Supervisor, Digital Shelf Design to create high-quality PDP imagery for a major client across North American retailers. You will translate brand assets into retailer-ready visuals, develop brand shops, and support launches while ensuring brand consistency and timely production.

The role requires 5+ years in digital design with a strong portfolio; proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, and Figma. Hybrid work with four office days per week is offered.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of digital design, ecommerce, digital shelf, or related experience.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating PDP imagery and digital commerce design; brand shop or storefront experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop and Illustrator; familiarity with Figma.
• Experience translating brand systems into retailer-specific content across multiple products and formats.
• Strong production, image composition, retouching, typography, and layout skills.
• Ability to manage high-volume creative work with attention to detail and deadlines.
• Clear communication skills and experience collaborating across creative, strategy, and delivery teams.
• CPG experience preferred, particularly food and beverage.

Responsibilities

• Design PDP hero and secondary imagery, product benefit graphics, lifestyle compositions, comparison modules, and enhanced content.
• Develop brand shops and storefront assets that bring brands to life within retailer environments.
• Support product launches, packaging updates, portfolio renovations, and ongoing content optimization.
• Translate brand guidelines and shopper insights into clear, engaging visual storytelling across Amazon, Walmart, Kroger, and other North American retailers.
