U.S. Legal Support is hiring a Certified Digital Reporter (CER) to join our team in Grand Rapids, Michigan. This full-time, hybrid role involves administering oaths, reporting at depositions and hearings, and preparing audio and exhibits for transcription.

Qualifications

• Must be a Certified Electronic Reporter (CER).
• Notary: ability to obtain a state Notary Commission; existing Notary is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Administer oaths and participate in depositions, hearings, and other legal proceedings in office and professional settings.
• Transport, set up, and operate computer and audio equipment for in-person and remote proceedings.
• Prepare audio files, exhibits, and related materials for transcription.
• Perform administrative tasks when not assigned to legal proceedings.
