Job summary

CRDF Global is seeking a Resource Engagement & Platform Specialist in Arlington, VA for hybrid work. The role focuses on digital platforms, stakeholder engagement, and data reporting across a global health research program.

Responsibilities include website management, knowledge platform coordination, and dashboard development with Power BI. A bachelor's degree and 5+ years' experience in related fields are required, with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in public health, communications, information systems, data science, life sciences, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in digital platforms, communications, research coordination, stakeholder engagement, data support.
• Experience managing an external-facing website with content updates and back-end administration.
• Working knowledge of WordPress or a comparable CMS; SharePoint or similar DM system.
• Experience compiling data for reporting and analysis; strong organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal English; ability to work independently in a multidisciplinary team.
• Willingness to travel domestically or internationally as required.

Responsibilities

• Manage and update the program's external-facing website with back-end administration and accessibility.
• Enhance website pages and interactive content to increase stakeholder reach.
• Coordinate design and maintenance of SharePoint or similar knowledge platforms.
• Oversee platform onboarding, permissions, access controls, and document libraries.
• Maintain workflows, governance docs, version control, and content consistency.
• Monitor platform functionality, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate IT enhancements.
• Develop dashboards and visual reports using Power BI or similar tools.
• Prepare routine progress updates, newsletters, and meeting summaries for audiences.
