Job summary

Collins Aerospace is seeking a highly motivated Digital Technology Specialist to join our Digital Operations & Industrial Systems team in a hybrid role based in Puerto Rico. You will work on enterprise‑level digitalization projects, providing hands‑on IT solutions, development, deployment, and sustainment across multiple sites and vendors.

Your background should include Python/Java/C#, IT infrastructure, and security practices, with experience coordinating with MSPs and customers to define

Qualifications

• Must be U.S. Citizens.
• Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years of experience.
• Experience with Python, Java, or C#.
• Understanding of IT infrastructure, networking & security practices.

Responsibilities

• Experience with application support, debugging, QA testing.
• Experience with various programming languages (Python, Java, C#, etc).
• Experience with IT architecture (mid-range application / database servers, low-range user interface device).
• Understanding of IT infrastructure, networking & security practices.
• Experience working with vendors and managed service providers (MSPs).
• Ability to lead projects and help guide customers to solutions.
• Experience with process & system design.
• Familiarization with an agile framework and relevant processes and work practices.
• Exceptional communication skills with cultural awareness to work with international team.
