Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant combination of education and experience required.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in IT project management/business analysis, specifically in digital operations and commercial systems.
• Minimum 2 years of experience working with Sales/Marketing/Digital functions.
• Experience managing Customer and Vendor relationships at various organizational levels.
• Understanding of digital mediums, technologies, and trends including CMS, websites, web analytics, digital tools and data integration.
• Experience with SDLC methodology and testing.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain partnerships with cross-functional business partners.
• Collaborate with Digital Marketing Solutions and Brand Marketing teams to understand processes and strategy.
• Own/lead tool selection and vendor relationships for digital marketing.
• Work with vendors to implement and integrate new digital tools and systems.
• Identify and lead improvement projects for Digital Marketing Solutions and Marketing.
• Ensure compliance with data protection standards and industry regulations.
