Hibu is seeking an Outside Sales Representative in a hybrid setting to sell digital marketing solutions to small businesses. The role offers base salary plus uncapped commissions, comprehensive benefits, and best-in-class training to help you win and grow your career.

In Year 1 you can target $85k-$95k OTE, with higher potential in Year 2; you will prospect, present, and close deals across a designated territory, building long-term client relationships while earning residual commissions.

Responsibilities

• Sell digital marketing solutions through a partnership selling model.
• Websites, Search Ads, Display Ads, Reviews & Reputation Management, Social Ads, and SEO.
• Cold calling business owners and prospecting within a designated territory to set appointments and conduct strong needs assessments.
• Grow your own book of business by helping small businesses succeed and earn residual commissions for retaining your clients through strong account management.
• Perform virtual and in-person presentations to prospects.
• Build strong client relationships working within a wide variety of industries, making each day different!
