Hibu is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to drive digital marketing solutions across a designated territory. The role combines a base salary with commissions and bonuses in a hybrid work setting, blending home-office days with in-field visits.

You will pursue small business clients, perform remote and in-person presentations, and build lasting relationships to grow your book of business. Year 1 on-target earnings range between $95,000 and $105,000, with uncapped upside through commissions

Responsibilities

• Sell Digital Marketing solutions through a partnership selling model.
• Offer Websites, Search Ads, Display Ads, Reviews & Reputation Management, Social Ads, and SEO.
• Cold calling business owners and prospecting within a territory to set appointments and conduct needs assessments.
• Grow your own book of business by helping small businesses succeed and earn residual commissions for retaining clients through strong account management.
• Perform virtual and in-person presentations to prospects.
• Build strong client relationships across a wide variety of industries.
