Hibu is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to drive growth for small business clients in a hybrid sales role. Base pay is $63,000 with uncapped commissions and monthly bonuses, targeting $100,000–$120,000 in Year 1 and $132,000–$152,000 in Year 2.

You will sell a full suite of digital marketing solutions and build a robust book of business, combining in-field and home-office activity with ongoing training and career growth opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Selling Digital Marketing solutions through a partnership selling model (Websites, Search Ads, Display Ads, Reviews & Reputation Management, Social Ads, and SEO).
• Cold calling business owners and prospecting within a designated territory to set appointments and conduct strong needs assessments.
• Grow your own book of business by helping small businesses succeed and earn residual commissions for retaining clients through strong account management.
• Perform virtual and in-person presentations to prospects.
• Build strong client relationships working within a wide variety of industries, making each day different.
