Job summary

M&T Bank is seeking a Data Analyst for the Domain Analytics Team within the Customer Insights & Analytics Organization. The role supports digital product lifecycles by delivering data products, insights, and scalable reporting solutions to empower marketing and product teams.

The position requires 3+ years of related experience, strong SQL skills, and experience with BI tools like PowerBI or Tableau. Hybrid work with four days onsite near major offices in Baltimore, DC, or surrounding areas.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 3+ years of related experience or 7 years combined education/work experience.

Responsibilities

• Explore, mine, and profile data across multiple datasets for dashboards and ad-hoc analytics.
• Design and validate reporting, dashboards, and tracking solutions for migrations to new platforms and data sources.
• Collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders to translate business questions into analytical solutions.
• Ensure data quality and apply best practices for code documentation and storage.
• Develop BI solutions to meet business needs.
