Great Northern Equipment Distributing, Inc. is seeking a Digital Experience Designer to create intuitive, conversion-focused experiences across our ecommerce sites and digital channels.

You'll blend UI/UX, visual design, prototyping, design systems, and hands-on HTML/CSS to translate customer needs into accessible, brand-consistent interfaces with cross-functional partners. The role involves collaboration with Marketing, eCommerce, IT, and product teams, contributing to web content,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Interactive Design, UX/UI Design, Web Design, Digital Media, HCI, or related field; equivalent experience considered.
• 3+ years of professional experience in digital design, UX/UI design, web design; 5+ years preferred.
• Portfolio demonstrating UI/UX, responsive web design, design systems, and visual design capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Design and continuously improve customer-centered experiences across eCommerce websites and related digital touchpoints.
• Create intuitive, responsive, and conversion-focused experiences that improve product discovery and usability.
• Translate customer needs and stakeholder priorities into effective digital solutions.
• Use research, analytics, testing, prototyping, and UX best practices to inform design decisions.
