Rocketdyne is seeking a strategic Digital Engagement Lead to own our external digital presence, including Rocketdyne.com and corporate social channels. You will shape content strategy, governance, and performance to connect with customers, partners, talent, media, and the space community.

The role emphasizes digital engagement, analytics, publishing, and audience growth, while maintaining professional photography/videography skills to produce platform-ready content.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Digital Media, Journalism, Film, Photography, or related field, with 6+ years of digital comms experience or 10+ years in lieu of a degree.
• Experience owning corporate websites/CMS and social channels, including strategy, publishing, governance, audience engagement, and editorial planning.
• Strong writing and editing skills; ability to simplify technical content for digital audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead channel strategy, standards, governance, and performance goals for Rocketdyne.com and corporate social channels.
• Manage Rocketdyne.com and enterprise social channels; own editorial calendar.
• Write, edit, publish web and social content; coordinate reviews and approvals.
