This opportunity offers a starting pay of $31 - $35+/hr based on experience, alongside a quarterly bonus incentive and outstanding benefits including free uniforms, work boot allowance, and medical insurance eligibility after the first month.

Candidates should have a minimum of 3 years of diesel mechanic experience, with advanced skills in hydraulic and electrical systems. Responsibilities include performing repairs on various equipment, troubleshooting issues, and maintaining accurate service records.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years diesel mechanic experience with heavy construction equipment or rental required.
• Advanced experience with hydraulic, electrical, pneumatic, and gas engines repairs.
• Experience with Tier 4 engines and aftertreatment systems is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform minor and major repairs on engines and complex hydraulic systems.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose malfunctions to repair equipment.
• Inspect, service, and test equipment for performance to specifications.
