Grifols S.A. in Vista, CA is hiring a Technical Liaison Manager for Diagnostic Materials.

The role interfaces Bio Supplies with internal diagnostic units, translating R&D and assay development needs into material specifications and coordinating supply and manufacturing inputs. Ideal candidates will have 5+ years in IVD or life sciences, strong cross-functional collaboration skills, and deep knowledge of plasma-derived materials used in diagnostics.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in IVD, biotechnology, or life sciences.
• Experience collaborating with diagnostic assay development or R&D.
• Experience cross-functional with R&D, manufacturing, and operations.
• Familiarity with biological materials used in diagnostics such as plasma or serum panels, controls and calibrators.

Responsabilités

• Serve as primary technical contact between Bio Supplies and internal diagnostic units.
• Coordinate with diagnostic R&D, assay development teams, and program leaders.
• Coordinate incoming requests for plasma-derived and other biological materials.
• Support multiple internal diagnostic programs.
• Identify and implement new processes with diagnostic units.
• Translate material requirements into manufacturable specifications.
• Act as technical bridge between R&D and production, quality, and sourcing.
