Job summary

WalkMe Ltd. seeks an experienced DevOps Engineer to join our Cloud Engineering team, shaping the runtime engine and enabling scalable, secure deployments for hundreds of millions of users.

You will own CI/CD pipelines, observability, and automation, collaborating with development teams to align infrastructure with project needs while embracing new technologies. Hybrid work and competitive compensation are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 4+ years in DevOps/SRE or similar role.
• Strong CI/CD and deployment automation with GitLab.
• Proficiency in AWS and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
• Experience with monitoring/observability tools (Datadog/Prometheus/Grafana).
• Knowledge of IaC tools (Terraform/CloudFormation).
• Experience with databases (MySQL/PostgreSQL/MongoDB).
• Security best practices for infra and apps; strong problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing deployment pipelines for smooth releases.
• Implement and maintain observability solutions for performance and reliability.
• Support local development environments to optimize workflows.
• Work with development teams to align infra with project requirements.
• Contribute to security improvements through proactive measures and audits.
• Develop and maintain automation scripts to boost efficiency.
• Troubleshoot infra and app issues to minimize downtime.
• Evaluate and integrate new technologies to improve scalability and security.
