Job summary

The London Stock Exchange Group (LSEG) in St. Louis is seeking an experienced DevOps & Application Services Manager to lead a regional team delivering highly available, low-latency trading and market infrastructure services. You will blend people leadership with engineering discipline to improve resilience, deployment safety, observability and operational efficiency.

Based in a hybrid St. Louis environment, you will work with global product and engineering teams to ensure production readiness,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology or equivalent practical experience.
• Extensive leadership experience in DevOps or production engineering.
• Strong governance and compliance practices in high-availability environments.
• Hands-on delivery of CI/CD, IaC, automated testing and secure software delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow DevOps and application support engineers; set objectives and build an inclusive culture.
• Ensure availability, performance, capacity and recoverability of trading and application services.
• Lead incident, problem, change, release and event-management; coordinate major incidents.
• Advance CI/CD, infrastructure-as-code, configuration management and automated remediation.
• Improve monitoring, logging, dashboards and proactive remediation; reduce toil.
• Collaborate with global teams to ensure production readiness and security.
