LSEG is seeking an experienced DevOps & Application Services Manager to lead a St. Louis‑based team supporting highly available trading and market infrastructure services.

You will combine people leadership, production ownership and engineering discipline to improve resilience and operational efficiency across on‑premises and cloud environments. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience leading DevOps, SRE, production engineering or application-support teams in complex, regulated, high-availability environments.
• Strong operating leadership across incident, change, capacity, availability and continuity management.
• Hands-on experience with Linux/Unix, cloud services, networks, databases and middleware.
• Proven delivery of CI/CD, infrastructure as code, configuration management and automated testing.

Responsibilities

• Lead DevOps and application-systems support engineers; set objectives, grow capability and foster an inclusive, accountable culture.
• Own availability, performance and recoverability; drive metrics and service-level objectives.
• Oversee incident, problem, change, release and event management; coordinate major incidents and root-cause analysis.
• Advance CI/CD, IaC, config mgmt and automated provisioning across hybrid environments.
• Improve monitoring, logging, tracing, dashboards and automated remediation; reduce toil.
• Maintain disaster-recovery readiness and security compliance; manage operational risk.
