Responsibilities

• Manage coordination of donor calls within the unit and with ISU Foundation teams.
• Collaborate with development officers on donor engagement strategies and assist with coordination, implementation and follow-up.
• Research and prepare financial reports for distribution within the college and the foundation.
• Provide day-to-day administrative support for the development team, including calendars, travel, meetings, supplies and office operations.
• Prepare and submit data query requests, agreements and forms, and enter data in the CRM.
• Assist with the departmental budget process, process payments and reimbursements, and reconciliation.
• Work with faculty and staff to develop communications and fundraising activities.
• Assist with donor engagement and outreach activities, including campus visits and donor events.
