Job summary

Eliassen Group is seeking a product and service design leader to drive discovery, research, and facilitation that yields valuable solutions. You will frame opportunities, run research, and validate solutions through testing, with portfolios and a prescreen video required.

Local presence is required with three days per week in the office. W2 consultants receive Medical, Dental, Vision benefits, 401k matching, and life insurance.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in design research, product/service design with a full lifecycle portfolio.
• Portfolio and 2–3 minute video required for prescreen.
• Experience leading cross-functional workshops with senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Partner with clients to build shared understanding and align to business needs.
• Scope and design research plans based on requirements and feasibility.
• Plan, conduct, and interpret research including interviews, usability evaluations, and concept validation.
• Plan and facilitate cross-functional workshops to support ideation and decision making.
• Translate insights into artifacts such as personas, journeys, and service blueprints.
• Collaborate with change management from definition through testing to shape change strategies.
• Demonstrate consultant mindset and bias toward action in ambiguous environments.
