Job summary

Vantage Data Centers leads design management for hyperscale campuses, coordinating with Product, Engineering, and Construction teams. You will drive standardization, VE efforts, and ensure predictable, high-quality delivery across multiple sites.

With 8–15+ years in infrastructure design and strong BIM skills, you will guide design validation, governance, and stakeholder communication to meet uptime and efficiency goals. Hybrid work policy supports flexible onsite scheduling.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related discipline (or equivalent experience).
• 8–15+ years delivering mission-critical facilities, hyperscale data centers, or large-scale infrastructure projects.
• Strong leadership across MEP systems, redundancy strategies, constructability, and cross-functional execution.

Responsibilities

• Lead concept → schematic → design development → IFC design phases for hyperscale campuses.
• Coordinate external architects and consultants and integrate into internal workflows.
• Oversee design milestones, KPIs like cost per MW, design cycle time, and change volume.
• Drive modular design, standardization, and prefabrication strategies for speed to deployment.
• Maintain alignment with hyperscaler design standards, reference architectures, resiliency, and security.
