Job summary

Flexential is seeking a senior program manager to connect construction operations with internal business units, IT, and corporate real estate. You will drive due diligence, long-lead procurement, and cross-functional design intake for complex data center deployments.

The role emphasizes governance, KPI dashboards, and portfolio reporting across multi-site initiatives, with a hybrid/remote work model and a salary range of $135,000–$150,000.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, construction management, engineering, or related field.
• 4+ years of project administration or program management experience in construction, data centers, or a highly regulated industry.

Responsibilities

• Embed requirements into structural/MEP drawings with Design Engineers and Site Construction Managers.
• Coordinate with Sales Engineers to evaluate layout feasibility for large or non-standard designs.
• Lead technical due diligence during site selection and manage permitting workflows with external firms and GCs.
• Track long-lead procurement, FAT, and vendor schedules to mitigate critical-path risks.
• Aggregate site-level data into a corporate-wide portfolio dashboard and KPI reports.
