Atlantic Community Bankers Bank (ACBB) is seeking an Operations Specialist to join our Operations team in a hybrid capacity. You will support the Deposit Operations function, process transactions, perform data entry, and respond to inquiries from customers and staff.

The role requires a high school diploma, at least one year of related experience, and strong MS Office proficiency. You will collaborate across departments to ensure accurate processing and compliant records.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1 year of related experience preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
• Moderate typing and computer skills.
• Ability to communicate with bank employees and customers professionally.
• Strong attention to detail and multi-tasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Process daily financial transactions and reconciliations with accuracy.
• Data entry and uploads for client accounts.
• Provide customer support via phone and email.
• Maintain organized records in compliance with retention regulations.
• Handle account audit confirmations via Confirms.com and provide statements.
• Assist with opening and verification of new deposit accounts.
• Help with CD processing, renewals, and maturities.
• Coordinate daily operational activities with team and other departments.
