Job summary

Prairie Walk Dental of Lisle is seeking a full-time Cross-Trained Dental Assistant who also supports our front desk team. This role blends patient care with administrative duties in a fast-paced, team-oriented dental office in Lisle, IL.

Responsibilities include chairside assistance, room prep, front desk tasks, and patient experience. Hours are set with some evenings and two Saturdays per month; pay ranges from $18 to $25 per hour based on experience.

Qualifications

• Dental assisting experience preferred
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a team environment
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Experience with dental software is a plus

Responsibilities

• Assist the doctor chairside during dental procedures
• Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize instruments
• Support patient care and ensure a positive patient experience
• Answer phones and schedule appointments
• Check patients in and out
• Verify insurance and collect payments
• Assist with other front office duties as needed
