Job summary

Westinghouse Electric Company is seeking a Resource Demand Planning Analyst to transform complex data into reliable demand insights and dashboards. The hybrid role can be based in Rock Hill, SC or Cranberry Township, PA, reporting to the APX Demand Planning Sr-Manager.

You'll integrate data from multiple systems, support rolling forecasts, and provide leadership with visuals and actionable recommendations to balance demand and capacity across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, data analytics, engineering, supply chain, finance, information systems, or a related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in data analysis, resource planning, demand planning, workforce planning, business operations, or a related analytical role preferred.
• Demonstrated experience working with complex datasets, including data extraction, cleansing, transformation, reconciliation, and validation across multiple source systems.
• Proficiency with data analysis and visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, SQL, Power Query, or similar platforms.

Responsibilities

• Data integration and management across systems.
• Data quality and validation to ensure accurate demand signals.
• Demand analysis across units, projects, disciplines, roles, and time horizons.
• Lead dashboard development for leadership visibility.
• Forecast and scenario support for staffing and capacity.
• Monthly review support with visuals and talking points.
• Process improvement to automate reporting and governance.
