Job summary

Yara North America seeks a seasoned business analyst/forecasting specialist to join the Logistics and Planning Department in Tampa on a hybrid schedule. You will analyze forecasts, align demand with supply, and develop dashboards to communicate assumptions and performance.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, 5+ years of experience, strong MS Office skills, familiarity with AI tools, and SAP experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, statistics, mathematics or finance.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in business analysis, demand planning and forecasting.
• Proficiency with MS Office; experience with AI tools (Co-Pilot/ChatGPT) a plus.
• Experience with SAP is a plus; strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Interact with regional commercial teams to understand trends and guide planning, operations, and transportation.
• Analyze historical forecasts and sales to identify trends using statistical methods.
• Be the go-to person for commercial questions and issues.
• Track and report monthly demand forecasts versus actuals; provide actionable insights.
• Identify process improvements to boost forecast accuracy and responsiveness.
• Develop dashboards and reports to communicate forecast assumptions and performance.
• Partner with Supply Planning, Logistics and Commercial teams to align demand and supply plans.
