Patterson Companies, Inc. in Liberty, Missouri, is seeking a Supply Chain Planner II to coordinate inventory planning, demand forecasting, and distribution to ensure product availability and efficient operations.

The role requires a hybrid schedule with onsite 2-3 days per week at the Liberty site. Responsibilities include analyzing demand, developing replenishment and shipment plans, collaborating across functions, monitoring performance, and driving continuous improvement.

Competenze

• Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, or equivalent education and/or experience.
• 3 years in supply chain, logistics, inventory management, or a related field.
• Must be able to work a hybrid schedule - 2-3 days a week onsite.

Mansioni

• Manage inventory planning and control processes to maintain optimal stock levels and balance service, cost, and inventory investment.
• Analyze demand patterns and forecast inputs to adjust supply plans and improve inventory availability and accuracy.
• Develop and coordinate replenishment, production, and shipment plans to ensure timely and efficient product flow.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to align supply chain activities, resolve constraints, and support customer fulfillment.
• Monitor supply chain performance metrics and recommend improvements to enhance service levels, efficiency, and cost outcomes.
• Investigate inventory, shipping, and service discrepancies to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
• Support vendor and supplier logistics programs to improve distribution efficiency and strengthen supply chain performance.
• Communicate inventory performance, risks, and operational insights to stakeholders to support informed decision-making.
• Comply with Company and department policies and standards; performs other duties as assigned.
