Job summary

The Mom Project is partnering with a client that serves as a global leader in networking, technology, and cybersecurity. This engagement focuses on delivering critical workstreams through a versatile delivery resource, rotating assignments over a 6-month contract to ensure on-time outcomes and resolution of bottlenecks.

Role emphasizes integration into multiple workstreams, end-to-end delivery oversight, and strong stakeholder collaboration to maintain momentum across programs.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience in project management or delivery leadership.
• Exceptional adaptability and the ability to pivot between projects with varying scopes.
• Strong stakeholder management skills to drive alignment in fast-paced environments.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to translate complex info for diverse audiences.
• PMP Certification required.

Responsibilities

• Integrate into different workstreams to provide execution support.
• Oversee end-to-end delivery of project components within assigned workstreams.
• Adapt quickly to new project environments, teams, and goals.
• Partner with product owners and engineering to align delivery with strategy.
• Identify blockers and constraints, implementing effective solutions.
• Apply best practices to streamline workflows and improve delivery predictability.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to meet workstream objectives.
• Report progress, risks, and issues to Program Delivery Manager and Program Director.
