Job summary

The Mom Project is partnering with a global leader in networking, technology, and cybersecurity to deliver critical workstreams on a 6-month contract. This role focuses on resolving delivery bottlenecks and maintaining operational excellence across programs.

The candidate will rotate between initiatives, integrate into workstreams, and drive end-to-end delivery with product owners and engineering teams. PMP certification and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of project management or delivery leadership experience.
• PMP certification required.
• Hybrid/in-office role with 2 days/week in Raleigh/Durham, Austin or Atlanta.

Responsibilities

• Integrate into different workstreams to provide immediate execution support.
• Oversee end-to-end delivery of project components within assigned workstreams.
• Adapt quickly to new project environments, team structures, and goals.
• Partner with product owners and engineering teams to align delivery with program strategy.
• Identify blockers and resource constraints; implement effective solutions.
• Apply best practices to streamline workflows and improve delivery predictability.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to meet workstream objectives.
• Report progress, risks, and issues to the Program Delivery Manager and Program Director.
