Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or 4 years of equivalent government contract experience.
• Experience with project finance for government contracts preferred.
• Strong ability to analyze data and provide actionable solutions.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate on budgets, forecasts, and estimate-at-completion with reporting.
• Monitor and review project expenditures for accuracy.
• Collaborate with accounting on project setup structure.
• Review and report project financial performance and deviations to management.
• Partner with program management to track risks and mitigation actions.
• Assist with establishing and updating financial processes.
• Prepare client status reports and ad-hoc financial requests.
• Support subcontractor cost management and invoicing processes.
• Review and approve invoices; coordinate with accounting on questions.
