The role emphasizes production deployment, model monitoring, and cross-functional collaboration in a hybrid work environment within the Free State region. A strong background in DL frameworks and data pipelines is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 2+ years hands-on experience developing and deploying deep learning models.
• Proficiency in Python and DL frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras.
• Experience with data manipulation libraries (Pandas, NumPy).
• Familiarity with MLOps principles and tools for deployment and monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and optimize deep learning models for NLP, computer vision, and recommendation systems.
• Design and manage data pipelines for training and evaluating DL models.
• Deploy ML models into production environments with scalability and performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Monitor model performance in production, run A/B tests, and iterate based on data.
