Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience supporting DNS, DHCP, and IPAM environments.
• Hands-on experience with BlueCat and VitalQIP and enterprise DNS tools.
• Experience in ITIL-based change management and service requests.
• Strong knowledge of DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, subnetting, AD, and LDAP.
• Customer-facing communication and troubleshooting skills.

Responsibilities

• Support and manage enterprise DNS, DHCP, and IPAM environments.
• Handle service requests, incidents, and change management activities for DDI.
• Configure DNS/DHCP records, IP allocations, and related services.
• Perform validation testing and implement production changes.
• Collaborate with Network Operations, Engineering, Architecture, and business teams.
• Troubleshoot complex DDI issues and act as escalation point.
• Support highly available production environments with occasional off-hours work.
