Job summary

LTIMindtree is hiring a DDI Engineer to support the DHCP, DNS, and IP address management infrastructure across US regions. The role involves managing DHCP, DNS, and IP management systems and participating in global QIP deployments with Bluecat.

You will work with business partners and Tier 2/3 teams to research and implement solutions for new or unknown issues, ensuring change control, pre-validations, and post-checks are completed accurately.

Qualifications

• The DDI Engineer is responsible for providing network operations support for DHCP, DNS, and IP address management infrastructure.
• Managing DHCP, DNS and IP management systems to fulfil requests; global QIP deployments across regions.
• Experience with design peer review, implementation, and closure of DDI requests.
• Pre-validations and post-checks execution as part of change control.

Responsibilities

• Provide L3 support for DDI, DNS, DHCP, and IP management infrastructure.
• Collaborate with business partners and customers to research and develop solutions for new or unknown issues.
• Submit Changes CRQs and execute configurations for DDI environments.
• Coordinate with regional teams for global QIP and Bluecat deployments.
• Ensure adherence to SOPs and operational discipline.
